What is Vedic Meditation

Vedic Meditation is an effortless and natural meditation technique suitable for people with busy lives. It is an eyes-closed, silent technique practiced sitting easily with back supported, twice daily for 15-20 minutes. It uses a simple and ancient way to quiet the mind and settle the physiology, leading to deep levels of rest and repair. As this happens layers of accumulated stress begin to liberate revealing greater happiness, greater potential of the mind, and greater ability to adapt to the needs around us. Anyone can do it, even if you think your mind is very busy. This is the beauty of Vedic meditation. Its power lies in its simplicity; stress falls away naturally without you even trying, and what remains is a restored physiology and the discovery of the inner Bliss that has always been there. Join a Meditation Course

4 x 90 min sessions over 4 consecutive days.

You will be meditating and feeling changes from Day 1 and by Day 4 you will be a self-sufficient meditator with a practice for life

I teach Vedic Meditation to help people lead happier healthier lives.

My name is Angela and I used to work in the corporate world as a Business Development Manager, working long hours and getting burnt out regularly. I was lacking an inner calm, even though it may not have appeared that way on the outside. I had tried many ways to release stress, but I wasn’t getting lasting results. When I learnt Vedic Meditation, things started to shift. Some were immediate, like better sleep and an overall feeling of being more relaxed, and some started to change naturally over a period of time. Mainly, life became more effortless and joyful.  

I felt a calling to help others find the same feeling of inner contentedness in themselves, free from their inventory of stress, so their full capabilities could be realised.
